Visible Impact conducted a one day workshop on Menstrual Health Management on September 15, 2016 at Shree Saptadhara Secondary School in Jita, Lamjung. The participants were around 45 students of class 6 and 7, including both boys and girls.

Similar to other workshops of Visible Impact's No Shame to Bleed Campaign, this workshop also focussed on ntroduction to female reproductive system, menstruation, menstrual cycle, challenges faced during menstruation and menstrual hygiene management, using games and interactive methodologies.

"The students had not studied about reproductive health despite it being included in the course. So, the students frequently giggled in the sessions. The boys were more interested in studying it than the girls. They did not show hesitation when compared to the girls.", shared Shibu Shrestha, the facilitator of the workshop.

During the reflection, the students said that they foudn the workshop very informative and that  they would share the information with others as well.
